Mango Ice Lollies

Mango ice lollies are a favourite summertime treat, perfect for cooling down when the the temperatures start heating up. We make this simple recipe every season – it’s bursting with real fruit flavour that will delight any mango lover!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mangoes roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk boiled & cooled
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • To a mixer jar – add mangoes along with sugar, puree it. Now add milk.
  • Blend well. Take your mould. You can use icecube tray too. I had this lollipop mould bought long time ago.
  • Fill in the mixture. Keep the stick.
  • I had more puree so filled it in my chocolate mould too. Wrap with silver foil. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • I freezed overnight. Next day gently press and lift the lollipops, as its silicon mould it was very easy to demould. Mango lollipop is ready!
  • Serve Mango Ice Lollies immediately!

When making mango Ice Lollies, it’s important to select ripe mangoes that are juicy, sweet, and easy to peel. Pakistani Chaunsa Mango and Sindhri Mangoes is best choice.You can also used Indian mangoes.
